Eligible orders over $49 qualify for free standard shipping. Other shipping charges or delivery options, where applicable, will be shown at checkout.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days after dispatch.
These estimates are not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by product availability, destination, carrier operations, weather, customs procedures, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where fulfillment involves third-party or overseas facilities, shipping origin may vary according to inventory and destination. Any material delivery information provided for a product or order should be reviewed before purchase.
Tracking details will be provided when available after dispatch.
If your shipment is delayed, appears lost, or is marked delivered but has not been received, contact service@radixdomus.com with your order number. We will review the available tracking information and work with the relevant shipping provider to determine the appropriate next steps.

7. Order Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel an order or correct a shipping address, contact service@radixdomus.com as soon as possible.
We can review requests received before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
If cancellation is approved before dispatch, we will cancel the order and arrange the applicable refund.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the policy's conditions.
Preference-based returns generally require the customer to pay return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items, we will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with our policy and applicable law.

Some furniture products may require assembly or installation.
Follow the supplied instructions, use the appropriate hardware, and ensure that the product is placed on a suitable surface. Where relevant, use appropriate anti-tip devices and follow any safety instructions supplied with the product.
Before assembly, inspect the package and components. If parts are missing or damaged, contact customer support.
You are responsible for assessing the dimensions of the item and ensuring that it can be safely moved through your intended access routes, including doorways, staircases, and hallways.
Nothing in this section excludes remedies available for product defects or safety issues under applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
